Pink Ribbon Riders Snow Run
Our member Denell Douglas
who joined in the Pink Ribbon Riders Snow Run in Inlet,
NY won the Best Decorated Sled Award. Shown here
is Denell (on the right) with her Sister Dawn Abel, who
is the reason Denell became involved in the
Pink Ribbon Riders. In October 2008, Dawn was
diagnosed with breast cancer. She is now in
remission from breast cancer, mastectomy, chemo
treatments and all the harsh realities that go with
it. Another 'positive' in the snowmobiling
world.
